Small to Medium sized companies consider outsourcing H.R

Have you ever found yourself frustrated that more and more of your time is spent on non-revenue generating activities? Taking care of payroll for three isn’t so bad, but what happens when your business starts growing? Even for a company with 30 employees or fewer, managing each person’s salary, schedule and benefits can be overwhelming. From payroll and human resource management to benefits and compensation, entrepreneurs can spend up to 40 percent of their precious day engaged in these necessary but time-sucking tasks.
To figure out if it’s time to outsource some or all of your Human Resources consider these four questions:
1. How big is your company and what growth do you anticipate over the next two years?
2. How much control do you need over your Human Resources?
3. What services do you need?
4. How much money are you spending currently on handling your H.R. today? Don’t forget to monetize your time spent.
“Don’t let administrative processes interfere with adding the best talent possible. When companies outsource non-core activities, they can focus on the business of their business,” says Suzanne Hague, President of Anne Whitten Bilingual Recruitment.
For the past 40 years, Anne Whitten Bilingual Recruitment has specialized in  many aspects of human resources including permanent, contract, and temporary placement services. Reach out today and let’s work to design a recruitment strategy tailored to your needs.

peoplewithAIDSThe ride has contributed more than $10 million supporting HIV/AIDS work and research in the past 13 years. For the past four years AWBR has participated in fundraising for this event.  This year for the month of July we shall donate a portion of permanent placement fees to the cause.
